Skånska Gastronomipriset
Skånska Gastronomipriset (Scanian Gastronomy Award) is the most prestigious distinction within Skåne’s gastronomy and is being presented for the eleventh consecutive year. The award is given to individuals or organizations that have made particularly outstanding contributions to Skåne’s food and beverage culture. The Skånska Gastronomy Award promotes and safeguards regional food and drink traditions, and honors people from Skåne who preserve and carry them forward.

About Sällskapet Malmö Akvavit
Sällskapet Malmö Akvavit is a non-profit association of individuals from Skåne’s business, civic, cultural, and restaurant communities, founded in 2004. The society’s purpose is to strengthen interest in Skåne’s food and beverage culture and to honor individuals who have distinguished themselves in gastronomy and the art of beverages at the local, national, and international levels.
